RapidiOnline is a data integration platform to help your small or medium sized business to connect your systems within your company to optimise your business processes and to have access to vital when you need it. We are currently in search of competitive, self-motivated individuals with previous experience in selling and implementing ERP or CRM.

We’re a small team, it’s time we add someone to our team who is dedicated to making sure our data integration project are taken care of and implemented efficiently, reliably, and properly.
Here’s who we’re looking for:
You’re the type of person who can work independently and must be willing to work from home or in the lovely southern France ( you don't have to know french). We prefere to find the right person who has the interest and passion in working with data integration projects typically in close coorporation with the customer. You will be taking part in the pre-sales process and also the actual implementation phase. You don't have to have any programming skills but empathy in determining the customers needs and challenges in relation to CRM and ERP is vital. You have to be able to outline that value RapidiOnline delivers the customer. You get excited when you know you’ve made a customer happy and his/her day easier.
If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week:
- answered some general enquiries about rapidionline by email or phone
- had a web-demo with a prospect
- had a trial setup session for a prospective client
- had a few web-session with a client implementing his data integration solution
- talked to a client regarding some questions he had about the rapidionline service
- calls with a prospective client to advice him/her on which solution would be the best for them
- prepare sales quotes based on the conversations you had with the prospect
Here are some other things you might do:
- engage in social media
- be an inspirational source to writing some blog posts or comments on other blog posts
- be part of interviews
- proof read casestories and other marketing material
Experience is important. We’re looking for someone who’s had experience in working with CRM and ERP on a business level. Not particularly in sales, but you must have had client contact and good knowledge and experience in determining and outlining the customers needs. You should consider yourself a pro – honest in what you promise the customer you are also going to implement. You must be able to work from home or be willing to move to the southern part of France (Aude area) to apply for this job.
