Michael Bock, Founder & Managing Director
Michael Bock has been involved in developing data integration solutions since 1987 following his Master of Science in Software Engineering with his doctorate in Developing Software for Commercial Use. Being the founder and managing director of RapidiOnline he has a clear mission to create easy data integration solutions to address the specific needs of mid-market enterprises and the system end-users. Before attending the position as a managing director of Rapidi ApS (former Data Backbone Software A/S) Michael Bock was working for Navision Software from 1989-1991. He was responsible for the development of the Spanish and the French version of Navision. After his career in Navision he worked for Mærsk–IT, where he was taking part in developing software distributed out in a worldwide network.

Helle Johansen, Sales and Product Information
Helle Johansen is responsible for sales, product inquiries and handles partner agreements. With her Bachelor Degree in Informationtechnology and over 7 years of experience in the technical language she also takes care of all the product specifications and documentations. Working with our partners and dealers throughout the years she has a profound background for being responsible for sales and partnership at RapidiOnline. Furthermore she is in charge of most of the administrative tasks.

Beate Haunstrup Thomsen, Graphic Design and Marketing
Beate Haunstrup Thomsen leads RapidiOnline’s worldwide marketing and is responsible for RapidiOnline’s web- and graphic design as well as the usability on RapidiOnline.com. With her Master of Science in Communication, Management and IT with doctorate in Web usability, Beate has been involved in developing userfriendly webapplications since 1999. She spent the last five years creating graphic design and developing userfriendly websites as the managing director and founder of Fullinterface – a web- and graphic design bureau.

Thomas Borring, Technical Support
Thomas Borring heads RapidOnline’s customer and technical services team. After earning his Bachelor of Science, Thomas entered the commercial market. Today with his vast experience in data integration predominantly in conjunction with ERP packages and a range of databases, such as MSSQL, DB2, Oracle and Sybase. Prior to setting up the technical support team within RapidiOnline, Thomas handled large internal development projects and client software projects and subsequently for delivering data integration solutions to mid-market mainly Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) customers.
