Solution via our self-service portal

Self-Service Portal

It is now possible for all our partners and customers to have access to our Self-Service Portal directly from our website. On the portal you can log a case and submit a question to our support. Furthermore you can search in solutions and track status of your own submitted cases. To get access you need a username and password, please contact support@rapidionline.com to require this.
