MyRapidi Updated Monitoring of Schedules

By Michael Bock, Founder & CEO - August 06, 2014

We have given the Schedules Monitoring a good shake up.

First of all you or rather your RapidiOnline admin (usually the first user that signed up on RapidiOnline) can now manage the email addresses that receive these "Schedule not running correctly" messages. When you login on MyRapidi, you will now see a list of email addresses in the rightmost column of the Services List. The RapidiOnline admin can edit this list.

We have also added an automatic notification email to the RapidiOnline admin if the list is empty, so that we ensure that someone on your side is receiving these important emails.

The layout of the notification emails have been updated with links directly into the relevant Log entries in MyRapidi to make it easier for you to navigate to the right place in MyRapidi in order to fix the problem.

We have also included the last error message related to each Schedule that is failing. These are situated in the bottom of the email as they can be quite long. Please note that its not always sure that its the last error message that is actually causing the Schedule to fail - it could be some error that happens before that is the actual cause of the problem. You might need to follow the link given earlier and investigate what the problem could be.

As always, any comments or suggestions are most welcome !

Best Regards

Michael
