Our secure, flexible, and programming-free data integration approach has made us a recognized partner of Salesforce, Microsoft, and other leading software vendors. As we are expanding our business, we are looking for a new colleague to come and join our sales team.

Job

We want our customers to be raving fans and want to give our customers the absolute best experience and attention before, during, and after their implementation. Therefore, we are looking for a business-minded Sales Consultant with good technical insight to make our team even stronger. As Sales Consultant, you will work closely with our customers worldwide and your colleagues in Andorra, Denmark, Spain, and North Macedonia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Sales Consultant, you will

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling Rapidi solutions and services through a consultative selling approach
  • Identify, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities in a structured and measurable process resulting in always up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Expand revenue opportunities within new and existing customers 
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos for potential customers
  • Prepare sales quotes and reports
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Participate in the development, management, and implementation of marketing campaigns to expand relationships with existing Rapidi customers and/or develop new relationships
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in other departments, including Product Development, to support ongoing Rapidi solution improvements via prospects’ and customers’ feedback.

As our Sales Consultant, you will report to the CEO.

Qualifications

Our data integration solution, Rapidi, mostly integrates Salesforce with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics and others, but it is an open platform that can integrate with many different systems. Thus, having experience within Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics field is an advantage for this job.

You will also need to understand basic CRM and ERP business processes such as quote-to-cash, reporting, and customer service. Holding an ERP or CRM certification will be considered an advantage.

To sum it up, a good candidate for the job has:

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a sales or pre-sales consultant, or a similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Understanding of CRM and/or ERP business processes
  • Experience within Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics field (an advantage)
  • Holding an ERP or CRM certification (an advantage).
