Our cloud data integration solution, RapidiOnline, mostly integrates Salesforce with Microsoft Dynamics. Therefore, having a proven background with Microsoft Dynamics is a requirement. Having knowledge about Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
We have flexible working conditions, in order to support customers in all time zones and in order to give our employees a good work/life balance. Preferably, you will be working from a home office. Because almost all of our services are delivered online, traveling or getting to work during rush hours will not be an issue for you when you have joined Rapidi.
Experience
Ideally, you have 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics as sales or pre-sales consultant, or similar.
Qualifications
You need to have a good understanding of basic CRM and ERP business processes such as quote-to-cash, reporting and customer service. Holding Dynamics or Salesforce certification will be considered an advantage.
Personality
By nature, you are a self-driven team player. You are willing to go the extra mile to make your customer 100% satisfied. You have a positive mindset and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and ask a client if there is anything you can do to help.
