On our Self Service Portal you can log a case and submit a question to our support. Furthermore you can search in solutions and track status of your own submitted cases. To get access you need a username and password, please contact support@rapidionline.com to require this.

  • Login to the portal to log a case, view your open and closed cases, as well as search for solutions.
