As our Support and Customer Care Manager, you will:
Our data integration solution, RapidiOnline, mostly integrates Salesforce with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics and others, but it is an open platform that can integrate with many different systems. While having experience within Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage for this job, our new team member should also have a proven background within Visma.net integration or Acumatica integration.
You will also need to have a good understanding of basic CRM and ERP business processes such as quote-to-cash, reporting and customer service. Holding an ERP or CRM certification will be considered an advantage.

This job is a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary based on your experience and qualifications.
You will be working from your home office, avoiding the hassle of rush hour traffic. Most of our services are delivered online, therefore you will not be expected to travel for this job.
We have customers all over the world and expect some flexibility to work outside “normal” working hours if necessary. On the other hand, we are flexible to find a good solution to your general working hours to find a good work life balance.
Preferably, we are looking for someone located in the US EST time zone and will only consider and respond to applicants based out of North America for this position. However, please be aware that you will need to collaborate with European or APAC customers.
