What Are Open Office Hours?

Open Office Hours are free, focused learning sessions exclusively for Rapidi customers. Each week, our integration specialists host a 30-minute session on a specific topic—from mastering the MyRapidi interface to configuring complex transfer patterns.

These aren't webinars or product demos. They're practical, hands-on sessions designed to help you become more self-sufficient with your integration. You'll see real configurations, ask questions, and walk away with knowledge you can apply immediately.

Why We Created This

After nearly 30 years of building integrations for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, we've learned something important: the most successful integrations are managed by teams who truly understand how they work.

Open Office Hours puts our expertise directly in your hands. Whether you're new to Rapidi or looking to extend an existing integration, these sessions help you build confidence and capability—so you can handle more on your own while knowing we're here when you need us.

  • Beginner: New to Rapidi - can navigate the basics, but needs guidance to build or change transfers confidently.
  • Intermediate: Comfortable in Rapidi - can build and edit transfers, use core features, and troubleshoot common issues using logs.
  • Advanced: Rapidi power user - designs scalable, reusable setups and handles complex patterns, edge cases, and performance considerations.

Can't Make a Live Session?

You can just register for your desired live session anyway. We will send you the recording afterwards. However, we intend to run sessions on a rotating schedule. If you miss one, it will come around again.
