MS SQL Server fixing String data, right truncation error (version 3.2.87y)

When writing to Numeric or Decimal fields in SQL Server, we now cut of decimals after number of allowed decimals defined in the layout for the table.

This should avoid the "String data, right truncation" error on Decimal fields.
