Hosting Environment Overhaul

We've made significant changes to our hosting environment, moving to AWS and adopting Kubernetes for better scalability. This transition allows us to host each service in its own pod, enabling us to scale more effectively and manage services more dynamically. With hosting sites now in Frankfurt and the US West, both powered by renewable energy, we're not only improving performance but also committing to sustainability.

SUBSCRIPTION Editions Revamp

Understanding our pricing and editions is now simpler with clearer naming conventions and fewer restrictions. We've increased the number of transfers across editions and introduced test systems for the Business and Enterprise editions. The Business edition now supports up to 100 transfers, while the Enterprise edition offers 200 transfers and as low as five-minute intervals between them.

Enhanced Security with Passkeys

Security is paramount, and we've renamed our security keys to passkeys to align with industry standards. Passkeys offer a more secure login method, requiring a physical device or a secure chip connected to a fingerprint reader. You can register multiple passkeys for redundancy and enforce passkey logins for added security.

Document and Attachment Support Expansion

We've expanded our support for documents and attachments, now including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales CRM. This enhancement opens up numerous use cases, such as transferring sales quotes in PDF format from Business Central to Salesforce opportunities or moving item images between systems.

Continue on Error for OData

The 'Continue on Error' feature is now supported for all data, including Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance and Sales. This feature allows you to proceed with data transfers even if some records encounter errors, which you can then review and correct as needed.

Dynamics 365 Sales and Salesforce Updates

For Dynamics 365 Sales CIM, we now support alternate keys, allowing for more flexible data transfers based on unique identifiers. We've also improved the delete function and added support for the 'Delete All' operation in Salesforce, enhancing performance and efficiency.

MyRapidi API and Interface Improvements

The MyRapidi API has been updated to include interfaces for transfers in JSON format, enabling seamless integration with other systems. We've also introduced new features in the MyRapidi interface, such as service versions tracking, allowed IP addresses for secure logins, and a 'Delete All' function for data errors.

Future Developments and Feedback

We're continuously working on new features, including HubSpot and Shopify support, and improving our wiki with updated articles and a robust search feature. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please share your suggestions for new systems support or feature requests.

Conclusion

The MyRapidi platform is evolving to meet your data integration needs better. With improved hosting, clearer pricing, enhanced security, and expanded support for documents and attachments, we're committed to providing a robust and secure integration platform. Stay tuned for more updates, and don't hesitate to reach out with your feedback or questions.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to helping you achieve seamless data integration with MyRapidi.
