A very warm welcome to our new employee Melvin Teh.

Melvin is a graduate of the University of Northumbria at Newcastle - United Kingdom. He holds a Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management specializing in International Business Admin (Hons). He is part of the Implementation Team at RapidiOnline, specializing in implementing data integration projects and Pre-sales. 

Melvin is a sharp and experienced consultant with approximately 16 years of extensive experience in CRM and ERP implementation projects. Also he has been part of the pre-sales teams that propose and scope solutions for clients as well. He is confident, smart and knows how to get the job done. Melvin has a sharp business acumen and understands how to propose the best solution to customers in a timely, cost and effort efficient manner.

He started off his career by starting a manufacturing plant. After the Asian crisis he moved in to the ERP solution industry. He has been working in the industry since 1998. 

He has extensive database experiences and has worked in simple designs, integration, customization, scripting, backups and restore processes involving databases.

He has been dealing with ERP modules such as finance, CRM sales, inventory, purchase, manufacturing, after sales service module, asset management, MRP (Material Requisition Planning), APS (Advance Planning Scheduling), production costing, simulation costing, inventory costing and Business Intelligence. Melvin has implemented more then 60 sites and done more then 1000 pre-sales demos.

In his sparetime Melvin enjoys getting out of the big city and spending time in the great outdoors, especially going to the beach together with his family and relax.

A very warm welcome to our new employee Evonne Kong.

Evonne is a graduate of Campbell University - USA with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (BSc) specializing in Programming and Mathematics/Statistics. As Implementation Consultant at RapidiOnline, with her data integration and salesforce.com expertise, she specializes in implementing integration projects successfully and takes care of existing customers integrations. Additionally she handles support and makes sure the documentation and knowledge base is up-to-date and user-friendly.

Prior to joining RapidiOnline, she was a Business Analysts at Dell Cyberjaya Malaysia. While there, she helped clients to analyze business requirements/processes, system integration points and data migration mappings to determine appropriate technology solutions. Furthermore she developed ETL jobs and did testing on integration jobs based on system and user requirements.

Her data integration experience goes back to her prior jobs since joining Analytical Intelligence Solutions (who is a partner of SAS Institute) as Business Intelligence Consultant back in 2008. There she was involved in data warehouse projects with primary responsibilities to customize pre-built integrations and to build new integrations according to the customers requirements. She has from there obtained expertise in requirement gathering, development, test and deployment of data integration projects.

By joining Dell's Data Migration & Integration team she gathered hands-on experience with configuration, customization and administration of Salesforce.com instance, which also led to her first Salesforce.com certification as a Certified Salesforce.com Administrator.

To ensure the quality of the deliverables and to streamline workflow in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team she developed documentation and automation processes.

Evonne is very dynamic, has won various awards for outstanding performance and works her way until she has found the perfect solution for the customer. In her sparetime she likes to run and spending time with family and friends.

To accomplish our goals even better we has expanded into Asia and extended our employee staff. We have now established an office in Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur (other offices in France and Denmark). We are all exited about the expansion as we now have more resources dedicated to product development, implementation and support. Thus we are able to deliver even better customer service and support to you.

We have hired Evonne Kong as a Salesforce.com Integration Expert , Melvin Teh as a Pre-Sales Engineer and Implementation Consultant and Ali Ibrahim as a Senior Ruby on Rails Web-developer.
