Move data in and out of NetSuite without writing code. The connection signs in with your own NetSuite account and works against production or a sandbox.
Rapidi connects to Oracle NetSuite through its NetSuite connection, which reads data from NetSuite and writes data back into it. You enable API access in NetSuite, create an Application ID for Rapidi, and enter your account ID and login in MyRapidi. Sandbox accounts are supported, so you can test before going live.

What does this connector actually do?
The short version: NetSuite opens its API to Rapidi, Rapidi reads the layout of your tables and fields, and you map the transfers from there. Inside NetSuite, the only extra step is enabling API access.

How do you set up the NetSuite connection?
Setup is a short list of steps, split between NetSuite and MyRapidi.
- In NetSuite, enable API access for your account.
- In the same place, note your account ID. It is usually a six-digit number.
- Create an Application ID for Rapidi. NetSuite gives each external application that uses its API its own Application ID.
- In MyRapidi, open the NetSuite connection and enter the account ID, the NetSuite user ID and password, and the Application ID. Tick Sandbox if the account is a sandbox.
- Press Test to confirm Rapidi can reach NetSuite, then Read Design to load your tables and fields for mapping.

Can Rapidi connect to Oracle NetSuite?
Yes. NetSuite has its own connection type in MyRapidi, and it both reads data from NetSuite and transfers data into it. The transfers are configured, not written as code.
What do we need to switch on in NetSuite?
Two things. Enable API access in your NetSuite account, then create an Application ID for Rapidi. NetSuite lets you create one Application ID for each external application that needs access to its API.
Where do we find our NetSuite account ID?
In the same place in NetSuite where you enable API access. It is usually a six-digit number.
Can we connect a NetSuite sandbox first?
Yes. Tick the Sandbox box on the NetSuite connection in MyRapidi and the connection points at your sandbox account instead of production.
What happens when we add a field in NetSuite?
Run Read Design on the connection again. Read Design fetches the tables and fields from NetSuite, and it needs repeating whenever that layout changes and you want the new fields in a transfer.
