AI in MyRapidi

AI Chat in MyRapidi: Meet Albert

Albert is the AI assistant built into MyRapidi. He does more than answer questions about your integration. Ask him to do something and he does it, then the action shows up in your logs so you can check it.

Albert is the AI chat built into MyRapidi. You write in plain language, in any language, and he answers from your own service and the Rapidi documentation. He also does the work: he sets up connections and schedules, runs and stops transfers, decodes error messages and sends Slack or email notifications.

Where you find it
In MyRapidi, under each service: Your Service, then Albert.
Who can use it
Everyone who logs in to MyRapidi. What Albert can do for you follows your user permissions.
What you set up first
Nothing. Open the chat and start typing.

What can you ask Albert to do?

Albert is not a general chatbot. He is grounded in your MyRapidi setup, so the answers and the actions are about your own connections, transfers and schedules.

What Albert does inside MyRapidi today.
Set up integrationsCreates new connections, schedules and transfers. He can authorize a connection, test it and read its design.
Decode errorsReads an error message, explains it in plain words and suggests fixes, with links to the wiki. Click Ask Albert for help on an error message, and the chat opens with the Error Resolver and the error already loaded, and starts on its own.
Schedule in plain languageYou write "Run this every weekday at 9 AM" or "Run hourly during business hours", and Albert turns it into the right schedule settings.
Manage transfersShows transfers with their lines, sections and subtransfers, runs them from the chat, reports progress as it happens, stops a running transfer and activates configuration changes.
List what you need"List all my schedules" or "List transfers with status testing" returns the matching items with codes and descriptions.
Notify your teamSends messages to a Slack channel, such as failing schedules or errors, and sends emails to the addresses you give him.
Remember your contextKeeps your name, time zone and preferences between chats, so you do not explain your setup again each time.
Speak your languageAnswers in the language you start the chat in, English, German, Spanish, French or another.

How does a chat with Albert work?

You open the chat and describe what you want. If Albert needs more information to act, he asks for it. If he cannot do something, he says so. His replies stream in as they are written, so you are not waiting in front of a blank screen during a longer diagnosis.

Albert does not hand your request to a separate specialist. He starts every chat with the list of AI Skills available to him and loads the one that fits what you ask, such as the connection skill for a new connection or the schedule skill for a new schedule.

Every chat is saved. After a few messages Albert gives the chat a title that sums up the topic, so you and your team can find it and pick up where you left off. At the end you can rate the conversation with stars, which is how the answers get better.

A typical example from the Open Office Hours demo: you paste a duplicate account error from your CRM. Albert explains that the account already exists and has to be reused. You ask how to handle duplicates, and he lists options such as external IDs, duplicate checks before the sync, or a data cleanup. You pick the one that fits your business.

Can you trust an AI with your integration?

Albert works inside the same rules as the rest of MyRapidi. He can only do what your user permissions allow, and every action he takes is recorded in the Logs, so you can see exactly what changed.

The transfer engine itself does not change. Your transfers run because they are configured to run, not because an AI decided to run them. When Albert builds a transfer, he can leave it ready for you to review before it goes live.

Treat an AI change like any other change in production. Open the connection or transfer Albert created and check the settings he wrote. If something is wrong, ask him to fix it.

Frequently asked questions

What is Albert?

Albert is the AI assistant built into the MyRapidi configuration interface. Unlike a chatbot that only answers questions, he carries out tasks for you, such as setting up connections, configuring schedules, running transfers and troubleshooting errors.

Does Albert change my configuration without asking?

No. Albert acts when you ask him to, such as running a connection test or creating a configuration. Every action is recorded in the Logs, and you should check the result the same way you would check any other change.

Does Albert see my customer data?

Albert works within your account for explanations and suggestions. The platform keeps customer data inside its controlled execution boundary, and customer records are not sent to LLM providers as part of Albert conversations.

Does Albert remember earlier conversations?

Yes. Albert keeps a persistent memory of context such as your name, time zone and preferences. Every chat is also saved with a summary title, so you and your team can reopen it later.

Which systems does Albert understand?

Albert understands errors and configurations from the systems Rapidi connects to, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Salesforce and HubSpot. He is most accurate on the systems and error patterns he has seen most.

Can I reach Albert from Claude or ChatGPT?

Albert lives inside MyRapidi. The Rapidi MCP Server gives AI tools that support the Model Context Protocol, such as Claude, the same functions and skills from outside MyRapidi.

What if Albert gets it wrong?

Treat his suggestions as a fast first pass, not a final answer. If one does not fit your setup, ignore it or ask him to correct it, and tell Rapidi about misses that repeat so the answers improve.
