Compare the four plans
Entry is a simple entry-level solution with two connections and limited transfers. Business is the standard template-based solution with more connections. Enterprise is for companies with multiple locations. Unlimited is for complex needs that require higher performance.

Implementation is a separate, one-time fee
Worth being blunt about, because it is the line people miss. An implementation package is mandatory on all four plans, and it is charged once, on top of the subscription. The scope is agreed before it starts, so you know the figure before you commit.
The subscription itself is priced per plan rather than per connector, so adding another system does not change the licence.
Which plan fits
Entry
Two systems, two connections, ten transfers, master data only, updated hourly. Choose it when one pair of systems needs to agree and nothing more.
Business
Three systems, three connections, a hundred transfers, ten-minute schedules, and edit access to the configuration. The step up most companies actually need.
Enterprise
Four systems, eleven connections, two service engines, five-minute schedules, instant sync and hybrid deployment included. Built for multiple locations.
Unlimited
Five or more systems, twenty-one connections, four service engines, one-minute schedules and the fastest CPU allocation. For complex estates that need the performance.

Frequently asked questions
How is Rapidi priced?
Rapidi is priced per subscription plan rather than per connector, so adding another system does not change the licence.
Does the price change if we add a system?
No. The licence is the subscription plan, not the number of connectors.
Is there a setup cost?
Most projects include a configuration phase. The scope is agreed before it starts.
How long before it is live?
Most Rapidi projects go live in weeks rather than quarters, because the mapping is configured rather than written.
Can we talk to someone first?
Yes. A consultant will look at your two systems and tell you whether a template covers them.
Does MuleSoft publish its prices?
No. On 10 September 2026 every edition on the Anypoint Platform pricing page, Integration Starter, Integration Advanced and API Management Solution, read “Contact for pricing”.
Does Workato publish its prices?
No. The Workato pricing page describes the pricing as flexible and offers a demo, with no figures.
Is Rapidi's implementation included in the subscription?
No. An implementation package is mandatory at every edition and quoted separately. Any page that says implementation is free is out of date.
