What's New in Rapidi's HubSpot and Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration

November 07, 2026 · Beate Thomsen · Microsoft dynamics integration

This product update covers a brief overview of what the HubSpot - Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration has as an out-of-the-box setup and what we recently added to the standard template setup

Rapidi's HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration now goes beyond the standard template. On top of companies, contacts, products, prices, deals, orders and posted sales invoices, you can sync shipments and payments into HubSpot, send subscriptions and deals to Business Central as customer subscription contracts, and transfer PDF attachments both ways.

Frequently asked questions

Can sales see in HubSpot whether a Business Central invoice has been paid?

Yes. Posted sales invoices from Business Central already arrive in a Rapidi custom object in HubSpot. With this update, customer ledger entries from Business Central also come into HubSpot as Payments, so sales can see payments in HubSpot without asking finance.

Can a won subscription deal in HubSpot create a subscription contract in Business Central?

Yes. HubSpot subscriptions and deals can now go to Business Central as customer subscription contracts, the contract type used by Business Central's Subscription Billing.

Can documents like invoice PDFs move between HubSpot and Business Central?

Yes. Attachments now sync in both directions as PDF files, so a document attached in one system can be transferred to the other.

We already use Rapidi for HubSpot and Business Central. How do we add the new objects?

They extend the configuration you already run, so you add them without rebuilding what you already sync. Contact Rapidi Support to enable them.

Do the new objects also work with Dynamics 365 Finance?

This update covers the HubSpot and Business Central template. Rapidi's HubSpot and Dynamics 365 Finance integration has its own standard template for companies, contacts, products, prices, deals, orders and posted sales invoices, and you can add other standard and custom objects, one way or both. Ask Rapidi which of the new objects are available for your Finance setup.
